I did early voting this go round Sally, simply because this one is SO INCREDIBLY important!!!! Now, usually it takes me a good long while in the booth on the voting-machine. Why? Because I’ve already done all my research and study of each candidate’s past track-record and background, visit their websites, etc. Hence, I typically spend a LONG time on my machine going thru every single candidate. But for these mid-terms? HAH!!!
It took me LESS THAN 2-mins, probably less than 1 and a half minutes! Hahahaha! And I had NO qualmes whatsoever doing that! Selected that one button that said, “Vote Straight Party-line?” BOOM! 🎓🔬🌎♻🗽🏳️🌈
“Drastic times call for drastic measures.” That has never been more true than these mid-terms, sadly enough.

Indeed. After reading two outstanding books (investigative) on how the Right has been infiltrating (like an infection) and overtaking every level of U.S. government from the county precincts and state levels up to the federal levels and all 3 of the Branches, eventually with their cross-hairs on overhauling our very Constitution 😮 , I’ve been doing everything imaginable to STOP this horrible radicalism and DISuniting our UNITED(?) States! Weren’t we all once Americans first?
Those two outstanding books? “Democracy In Chains: The Deep History of the Radical Right’s Stealth Plan for America” by Nancy MacLean, and then the exceptionally written and revealing “Dark Money: The Hidden History of the Billionaires Behind the Rise of the Radical Right” by Jane Mayer. I highly HIGHLY recommend these books to any TRUE humanitarian American. 🙂

Interest in this years elections remains high. What is remarkable is the fact that an unprecedented number of women and minorities are running in this years elections. I am sure people will definitely get out and vote.
