I feel as though I have woken this morning from a fevered dream.
Like most of you, my stress level yesterday was at Def Con 1.
It has not diminished because someone pressed the pause button with this faux ceasefire. This is merely a commercial break from the regularly scheduled programming of destroying our democracy.
Despite being on the brink of complete disaster, we are met with silence from our government.
It is a collapse of leadership. There are no guardrails. No one is pulling the emergency brakes.
Our flaccid Congress sits on its hands, seemingly impotent to intervene with this madman as he impulsively careens about destroying our nation, our values, our way of life, and our national reputation.
They have all been blown to smithereens.
There is no waking up from this nightmare.
Envisioning The American Dream 
It’s deadly theatre with one person’s psychopathic ego and obsession with power at the center. The President has become unglued and extremely dangerous. The whole world knows who blinked. Unfortunately, we’re all waiting for his next insane bid to remain the center of attention.
