My 1960 childhood exchange was PLateau 5. And yes, we did live on the slight bit of a hill in an otherwise flat Eastern Kansas cow town. Our only phone was in the kitchen for years. Oh, my. Now that I think about it I hope I didn’t go around telling people later that my dad got an extension in the bedroom.
