America’s Hitler- Taking a Page from History

How To Draw Hitler in Nine Easy Steps By Sally Edelstein

I was recently flipping through a dusty, vintage “Learn to Draw” that offered step-by-step instructions for drawing portraits of the most beloved celebrities from Hollywood to politics.

FDR with his famous cigarette holder, check. Honest Abe, natch. Jimmy Durante tickle your funny bone…you got it. Even a va va va voom Rita  Hayworth!

But what budding artist wouldn’t also want to learn to draw authoritarians like Mussolini or Hitler?

Peaking my interest I took to the drawing board to try my hand at Adolph Hitler, and damn if it didn’t come out looking just like Donald Trump.

Go figure.

Sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words.

Remarkable. Your pen is a mighty sword, Sally.

I’m surprised I’m not seeing your drawing as a meme all over the internet today.
