She turned her back on the Epstein survivors. 

Literally and figuratively.

She would not even look at them.

It was excruciating to watch.

When these brave women, who were once raped and tortured as children, were asked to stand during the Epstein hearings, a cold and callous Pam Bondi never once acknowledged them.

Not once.

She smirked, tossed her bleached, blonde hair in true mean girl fashion, and stared straight ahead with her dead, dark, soulless eyes.

My stomach turned.

Performative Pam had no quick comeback for them in the flashcards she carried with its list of prepared insults.

America’s Attorney General played to an audience of one.

Donald Trump.

He must be mightily pleased that he finally found his Roy Cohen in Pam Bondi. Attack, deny, never apologize, never admit defeat, and dismiss.

Dismissiveness is something all survivors know. 

Silence goes hand in hand with gaslighting.  

I know that silence.

Silenced. 

But we are seeing something bigger here.

We have seen what happens.

The survivors spoke.

The system responded with silence, secrecy, and protection for the powerful.
