Eek! It’s a Transgender Mouse!

Coming out of the closet, meet Annie, one of the transgender mice Trump claims we are spending millions of dollars on creating. This once-manly mouse named Andy was reprogrammed to transition from one gender to the other, don a gingham dress, and wear a red raggedy Ann wig made of yarn.

Of course, the dunce we call President confused transgenic with transgender but his MAGA followers won’t really care.

During his address to Congress, Trump claimed the Biden administration spent eight million dollars to make mice transgender.

Oh the horror!

Republicans laughed, cackled, and jeered. Trump maintained taxpayers’ money was being wasted on unnecessary research.

Reality check.

This was money spent on medical studies that did not involve transitioning mice from one gender to another but focused on medical research into hormone effects and biological differences.

And the mouse pictured? A highly collectible toy made in West Germany in 1970.
