I’m going to just say it. Anti Zionists have now been given a free pass for antisemitism.
This Sunday is a rally not many have heard of but everyone should be outraged by.
Jewish restaurant owners in Philadelphia are facing calls for their businesses to leave the city, as anti-Israel activists plan a boycott on the eve of the anniversary of a major Nazi attack on Jews.
The protest, planned for Sunday, November 8, will see cyclists ride through the city’s Rittenhouse Square area, targeting six restaurants and food businesses under the label “Zionist establishments” with Jewish owners or links to Israel,
Some in the City of Brotherly Love are Telling Jews to Leave
“No business for Zionists! These Zionist establishments must go! Not in our city!” the poster states. In an Instagram post, organizers called on supporters to show the business owners “that we see them for the disgusting humans they are.”
Organized by Philly Bike On Your Left and affiliated boycott activists, the demonstration is being promoted as an effort to oppose businesses perceived as supporting Israel, with slogans including “No business for Zionists!”
Not all the owners of these establishments are Israeli. Some of them are American Jews. The only thing that ties these places together is that their owners are Jewish
Lets be clear this is antisemitism. Please don’t tell a Jew it is not.
American Jews who own neighborhood businesses are being told that their establishments must leave their city. The city of brotherly love.
On the Eve of Kristallnacht, Jewish Businesses Are Targets Again

The Night of Broken Glass in Germany when Nazis destroyed shops, homes and synagogues of Jewish residents
The date of the “bike rally” is particularly egregious.
November 8.
The day before the anniversary of Kristallnacht. When Jewish livelihoods were targeted and Jewish life in Germany shattered, never to recover.
The night when the Nazis destroyed Jewish businesses, homes, shops and synagogues across Germany and Austria on November 9th and 10th 1938.
On the night of November 9, 1938, the sounds of breaking glass shattered the air in cities throughout Germany and parts of Austria while fires across the countries devoured synagogues and Jewish homes and shops. By the end of the rampage, gangs of Nazi stormtroopers had destroyed 7,000 Jewish businesses, set fire to more than 900 synagogues, killed 91 Jews, and deported some 30,000 Jewish men to concentration camps.
Don’t tell me the organizers of this event didn’t choose that date on purpose. Of course they did.
When They Tell Jews to Leave, Who Will Stand With Us?
I grew up believing that America was a place where our family could build a life and belong.
Now Jewish business owners in the city where their families live are being told they must go.
Jewish families should not have to be the only ones defending our place in America.
When they tell Jews to leave, Americans need to stand shoulder to shoulder with us.
Jews should not be alone in the fight against antisemitism.
If they don’t, America has a much bigger problem.
