Trump claims he’s “On a mission from God.” A white nationalist God to be exact. A Jesus with bleached blonde hair, blue eyes who wants to deport thy neighbor.
Behind him in this ominous black and white meme, that the President of the United States posted on Truth Social, looms Pepe the Frog, a meme used by the far right QAnon, Christian Nationalists, and white nationalists.
The phrase “nothing can stop what’s coming” is a well-known QAnon slogan used to invoke a coming reckoning or prophetic judgement.
Originating from a 2005 web comic, Pepe the Frog’s association with the alt-right dates back to the 2016 election cycle, when users of the anonymous web forum 4chan began to use him as a symbol of white nationalism.
Since then, Pepe appeared as a symbol at the 2017 Unite the Right rally and the January 6 insurrection, where participants wore helmets and masks featuring the image.
Followers of the Christian nationalist and white supremacist Nick Fuentes refer to themselves as Groypers, which is a variation of the Pepe character.
The Anti-Defamation League qualified Pepe as a hate symbol in 2016.
Just what Jesus would do.
As an Aside…
Pepe has made many appearances.
Fifty of the $TRUMP memecoin dinner invitees hold crypto assets named for Pepe the Frog, as well as swastikas, a racial slur and references to anti-semitic ideology, adding to concerns raised by the dinner, which represents a naked attempt by President Donald Trump to profit from his office.

Then again…a lot of blacks, Latinos, and Arabs thought it was a good idea to vote for a certified white supremacist. I have to tell you, I have a hard time trying to understand the Americans.
