“When you’re a Star they let you do anything!” Trump defended his indefensible comments from the “Access Hollywood” tape in his taped deposition in the E. Jean Caroll case: “Historically, that’s true with stars…If you look over the last million years, I guess that’s been largely true. Not always, but largely true. Unfortunately, or fortunately”
Donald Trump knows his HIStory.
For a million years stars have been given carte blanche to sexually molest women.
Just ask Betty Rubble and Wilma Flintstone.
In 10,000 B.C. when Hollyrock movie star Rock Quarry visited Bedrock, all the gals went gaga. When he playfully grabbed Betty’s pussy at the tony Bedrock Goodman Department store, Betty didn’t bat an eye!
He’s a star! Of course, she would let him do it. Pleased that a powerful man found her attractive, Betty didn’t go bawling to Barney about it.
When Wilma Flintstone won hunky actor Stoney Curtis as her slave for a day in a contest, power dynamics were turned quickly. Did Wilma complain when Stoney ripped off her leopard sarong and raped her? He’s a movie star for Christs sake.
She didn’t go blabbing to the Bedrock News. She kept it to herself.
Try as she might to attract Stoney, poor portly Mable Rockendorf didn’t even merit a once-over from the star. The matronly wife of Fred’s boss was just “not Stoneys’s type.”
Fortunately for cavemen, there was no MeToo movement in the stone age. A time period Trump is forever stuck in. Unfortunately.
Fortunately, Justice Prevails
Now after a million years of misogyny, it’s payback time.
A million years of misogyny resulted in a 5 million-dollar verdict.
E. Jean Carroll didn’t scream but she used her voice where it counted.
She was heard. She was believed.
And Trump will finally be held accountable.
That’s historic.
Yabba Dabba Doo!
That video and the pxxxxx one should be the Democrat’s campaign video. “Not your father’s Republican Party.” At least not MY father’s Republican Party.

It’s extremely powerful. However, listening to the response of many Republican lawmakers dismissive of the court decision, makes me feel it will fall on deaf ears. But for those undecided, it certainly should push the needle.

How true! Moral persons, decent people have no problem saying the man is corrupt and unsuitable for serving a second term a President. Anyone who does have that problem shouldn’t be in public service as far as I’m concerned,.

Thanks so much. E Jean Carroll’s verdict is a verdict and vindication for the Bettys and Wilma’s of the world. No matter if it has taken millenniums to do so it’s so important.

Between that news and the indictment of George Santos (plus I got a gig!) yesterday was a REALLY good day! It feels like there’s a comeuppance that has been too long in coming. Let’s just hope this is the momentum we need.

You know that Trump shot himself in the mouth, when he declared that E. Jean Carroll wasn’t “his type.” He was showing off his macho side and the still unbelievable thinking that rape is about love and lust and not about power over the powerless. Makes you wonder what goes on in the Trump’s marital bed.

His entire deposition was self-destructive, and his hubris was mind-boggling. It was though extremely satisfying to watch as he kept shooting himself in the foot totally oblivious to his stupidity.

And also mind-boggling to think that 60% of the Republican Party still believes he is the best candidate to lead America.
